WHAT I AM ALL ABOUTI'm a Business Strategist and Implementation Coach for Christians with a 9-to-5. I have been building service-based businesses for 14+ years but I didn't start as a coach. I built Heroshe, a multi-seven-figure global logistics company, from scratch, serving tens of thousands of customers across six countries. I lived the long nights, the fears, the pivots, and the faith-stretching moments. Now I help you cut through the noise and start your business without sacrificing your faith, family, or paycheck.

I fought my calling for years. You don't have to fight yours alone.
I was so passionate about pursuing a corporate career. So when God nudged me toward starting a business, I fought that calling. My beliefs held me back, and my schedule felt like it couldn't take anything else. In 2012, eight months pregnant with my third child, with my husband working out of town, and two toddlers at home, I finally said yes to my calling.

Two yeses that changed everything, and the businesses that followed.
2006 - 2011Corporate America told me my foreign degree was not enough
I migrated to the U.S. in 2006 with a Computer Science degree and experience at Shell and KPMG. Corporate America told me I lacked an American education and experience. After years of battling corporate rejection, I went back to earn a Master’s, got PMP certification, and landed a corporate job, but lost it four months later.
2011 - 2012I stopped chasing corporate validation and said yes to my calling
In 2011, my husband asked me two questions: "Why do you want a corporate job?" and "What are you passionate about?" My answers showed me I was seeking validation from a corporate job and fighting my calling. In 2012, I said yes to my calling and started my first service-based business, helping friends and family in Nigeria shop from the U.S.
2012 - 2025My first service-based business grew bigger than I ever planned or imagined
What started as helping friends and family shop grew into Heroshe, a multi-seven-figure logistics company I built and ran for 13 years, operating in six countries, with 80,000+ registered customers and about 10,000 packages a month at our peak. In 2022, I felt another nudge and launched the Start That Business Podcast while still running Heroshe.
2025 - 2026God shifted my assignment to coaching, and I said yes again
In 2025, Heroshe went through a pivot and a reset. In 2026, I started my second service-based business, a business coaching and consulting company, and launched the Start That Business Intensive. Everything I’ve lived, learned, and built now goes into helping Christians with a 9-to-5 start their first service-based business without leaving their jobs yet.

My full name is Chinyere, and Chichi is the short form. No wonder I love giving gifts, and making gift boxes is my favorite way to spend spare time.
A track girl at heart
I ran the 400m, 800m, and relay in high school, and I still work out and run 5Ks.
Surprise party planner
I love hosting guests and planning surprise parties, right down to the last personal detail.
Movie and spa day lover
Fun Friday is my favorite time of the week, when my husband, our three teens, and I eat and watch a movie together. And I never say no to a spa day.

Why I do this work
I know what it feels like to want more and wonder if the dream inside you is valid. I spent years knocking on corporate doors that wouldn't open, until I stopped seeking validation and said yes to what God had already placed in my heart.
